 Warranty Policy
Thank you for choosing airuier projection screens for your home or commercial use. We are committed to providing high-quality products that meet your expectations. To ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind, we offer the following warranty policy for airuier screens:
1. Warranty Coverage airuier screens come with a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. 
2. Warranty PeriodThe airuier screen is warranted for 2 years from the date of purchase, and the screen motor is warranted for 5 years. 
3. Warranty Service** If a defect covered by this warranty is found on an airuier screen during the warranty period, airuier reserves the right to repair or replace the defective screen or its components at its sole discretion, and shall bear the cost of parts and labor required for the repair. 
4. Exclusions Damage or defects caused by the following are not*covered under warranty: - Improper installation, misuse, or intentional damage - Failure to follow the installation and operating instructions provided by airuier - Accidents, fire, flood, or other external causes - Unauthorized modifications or repairs - Normal wear and tear
 5. Warranty Claim Process To file a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact airuier Customer Service at contact@airuierscreen.com. An airuier representative will guide you through the claim process, including providing any required documents or proof of defect.
6. Proof of Purchase Valid proof of purchase (such as a sales receipt or order confirmation) showing the date of purchase is required to be eligible for warranty service. 

7. Shipping Costs If a warranty claim is approved, airuier will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced screen back to the customer. However, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the screen to airuier for warranty service.
 8. Limitation of Liability airuier’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective screen or components as stated above. airuier shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
9. Governing Law This warranty policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country or region to which the product is shipped. Please note that this warranty policy is subject to change without prior notice. This warranty is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
