Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Daily order cutoff: 5:00 PM (PST). Orders placed after the cutoff will be processed on the next business day.
  • All orders are processed and handed over to our logistics partner within 3 business days of placement.
  • Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We select the optimal shipping method based on product size:
  • 120 inches and under: Delivered via international air freight, estimated 3–7 business days
  • Over 120 inches: Delivered via sea freight, estimated 15–25 business days
  • The applicable shipping method is determined by the size of the product(s) ordered
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number
  • Delivery times may be affected by customs inspection, severe weather, strikes, or other force majeure events

Free Shipping

All orders qualify for free shipping — no additional shipping charges apply.

Tracking Updates

  • Tracking information may take 3–5 business days to first appear after shipment.
  • Gaps in tracking updates during transit are normal and will refresh once the package reaches the next checkpoint.

Address Changes

To change your delivery address, please contact us at Contact@airuierscreen.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Address changes cannot be accommodated once the package has been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at Contact@airuierscreen.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting documentation (photos, tracking records, etc.). We will work with the carrier on your behalf to resolve the issue, offering a refund, replacement, or equivalent compensation as appropriate.

Duties & Taxes

No U.S. federal excise taxes apply. However, if customs authorities assess import duties, VAT, or other fees, these amounts are the responsibility of the buyer. If you receive a customs duty notice, please pay first and retain the receipt, then contact us at Contact@airuierscreen.com — we will reimburse you for the amount paid.

Order Cancellation & Time-Sensitive Orders

All unshipped orders may be cancelled for a full refund. If your order is time-sensitive (e.g., tied to a renovation schedule or installation date), please contact us at Contact@airuierscreen.com before placing your order to confirm lead times. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Areas We Do Not Ship To

We currently do not ship to: Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI). If your delivery address is in one of these areas, please contact us at Contact@airuierscreen.com before ordering.

Delivery Scope

  • For large items such as projector screens, delivery is limited to curbside or the ground-level entrance — in-home installation is not included.
  • Delivery does not include removal of crates, pallets, or cardboard boxes.

Holiday & Peak Season Delivery

During public holidays or peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), delivery times may be extended. Please plan accordingly.
