Refund policy
1. When can an order be canceled (due to change of mind or purchase error)? Orders can only be canceled before the product enters the production stage or is shipped from our distribution facilities.
Fees and Deductions • A payment processing fee (set by your card provider or payment gateway) will be deducted from any refund, ranging from 2% to 7%.
• Logistics costs already incurred, which can amount to up to 50% of the pre-discount order value, will also be deducted.
After shipment • Once the item is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
• If you request us to recall the goods in transit, the logistics deduction (up to 50%) will also apply.
2. Customized design and products: Since customized products are made according to your unique specifications, they cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.
• At this time, any deposit or prepayment is non-refundable.
• We cannot resell these products, please carefully review the order before approving production.
3. Order modification (customized products) If you need to modify your customized order, please contact us immediately after checkout. We will confirm in writing whether the change is possible.
• Changes proposed after production has begun may be rejected or incur additional costs.
4. Exchange condition - The item must be brand new, unused, and remain in its original packaging. Photographic or video evidence is required for approval.
Transportation - The customer is responsible for both shipment and return freight.
5. Incorrect or incomplete address: If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer shall bear the return shipping costs.
6. Standard return window (screens, projectors, and accessories) We implement a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the product to apply for a return.
7. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 working days after passing the quality inspection.
• Your bank may require an additional 1 to 3 business days to complete the loan process.
• Refund amount = Product price minus initial shipping fee, handling fee, and any applicable restocking fees.
8. Non-returnable products Due to size and customization, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Manufacturing defects are covered by our warranty; we will repair or replace the product free of charge within the warranty period.
9. How to initiate a return or exchange: Within 14 days of delivery, send an email to [contact email] with your order number and the reason for returning the item.
Our team will review your application. If approved, a return label and instructions will be sent to you.
The product will be shipped within 7 days after receiving the label.
Once your return has been inspected and the refund processed, we will notify you.
