A decade in the making

Founded with one mission: make better screens.
What started as a small projector screen workshop in Hong Kong, China — a city renowned for precision engineering — quickly grew into a dedicated manufacturing facility. We weren't selling to consumers yet. We were learning the craft, one screen at a time.
Airuier is established as the export division.
Airuier Screen was formally founded — not as a consumer brand, but as the dedicated export and engineering division of our parent factory. This was the year we started working with international partners, adapting our designs for global markets and earning our first patents.
From OEM partner to global manufacturer.
By 2020, we had shipped over 100,000 screens worldwide, working with brands across North America, Europe, and Asia. Our R&D team filed multiple patents for compact housing design, motor protection systems, and screen material innovations. We earned FCC, CE, and RoHS certifications, opening doors to markets that demanded compliance.

After years of building other brands' reputations, we launched Airuierscreen.com — selling the same engineering, the same quality, the same factory-built screens, directly to US consumers. No middleman. No markups. No compromises. The response has been overwhelming.

In-House R&D
Our engineering team doesn't source components from catalogs. We design, prototype, and test every element — from the motor winding to the prism angle of the Fresnel layer.
Full Production Control
Unlike brands that assemble from imported parts, we control the entire production chain: material formulation, aluminum extrusion, motor assembly, screen coating, and final quality testing.
Patented Engineering
Our compact housing saved 23cm of ceiling space. Our motor protection system extends lifespan. These aren't marketing claims — they're patented innovations developed over years of iteration.
