1.What size projection screen do I need?
The ideal screen size depends on your room size and seating distance. Here's a quick guide:
● For Living Rooms (15-20ft viewing distance): 100-120 inches
● For Medium Rooms (10-15ft viewing distance): 84-100 inches
● For Small Rooms (under 10ft viewing distance): 72-92 inches
Our Compact Housing Advantage:
● Standard 100" screen: Requires ~260cm (102in) housing length
● Airuier screen 100" : Only needs 237cm (93.3in) housing
● Result: You can fit a larger screen in the same space!
Pro Tip: Measure your available wall or ceiling space first. Our compact housing design saves up to 23cm, allowing you to install a larger screen in tighter spaces.
Our projection screen supports 16:9, 2.35:1, and 4:3 aspect ratios, so no matter what aspect ratio you project, this product can support it perfectly.
● 16:9 (Most Popular): Standard for HDTV, Netflix, streaming, gaming. Perfect for most home theaters.
● 2.35:1 (Cinematic): For widescreen movie enthusiasts who want a true cinema experience.
● 4:3 (Legacy): Older content format, rarely used today.
3.What's the difference between fixed frame and motorized screens?

4.What is your installation service?
We currently do NOT offer on-site installation service. However, our products are designed for easy DIY installation.
Installation Support:
● Detailed installation manual with diagrams
● Email-based technical support for installation questions
● YouTube video tutorials
Installation Complexity:
● Electric Screens: Mount the housing to ceiling/wall with included brackets. Connect to power. Done. (2-4 holes)
● Projector Mounts: Attach to ceiling/wall, mount projector. Done. (2-4 holes)
● Both are simple installations that anyone can do with basic tools.
Note: For 120"+ screens, we recommend 3 people for handling due to size. For 100" and below, two person can handle it.
5.What's your shipping policy?
Processing Time: Ships within 48 hours of order confirmation
Shipping Methods: For screens 120 inches and below, we use air freight, with delivery typically taking 3-7 business days. For screens above 120 inches, due to air freight restrictions, we use sea freight, with delivery typically taking 25-30 business days. Shipping is free of charge provided you have no additional special requirements.

Delivery Area: Continental US only (48 states)
6.What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee:
● 30-Day Return: Return within 30 days for a full refund
● Condition: Screen must be unused and in original packaging
● Installation Issues: If installation problems arise, contact us for support before returning
● Restocking Fee: None (if returned in new condition)
