Shipping & Delivery FAQ

1.How long does shipping take? 

We offer two shipping methods based on size. For items 120" and below, including projector mount products, we use air freight. For sizes exceeding 120", we use sea freight.

Air Freight:

 Processing: 1-2 business days

● Transit: 3-7 business days

● Total: 4-9 business days from order to delivery

Sea Freight:

● Processing: 1-2 business days

● Transit: 25-30 business days

● Total: 26-32 business days from order to delivery

● Carrier: Professional freight forwarder

Tracking: Email sent within 24 hours of shipping with tracking number.

 

2.Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico? 

Currently, we ship only to the continental US (48 states).

For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico:

 Sea Freight: Available (30-40 business days, additional shipping fee applies)

● Air Freight: Available (7-10 business days, additional fee applies)

Future Expansion: We plan to add these areas to our free shipping zone in the future.

 

3.What if my screen arrives damaged?

Don't worry - we've got you covered.

Immediately Upon Delivery:

1.  Inspect packaging for any visible damage

2.  Document with photos/videos

3.  Note damage on delivery receipt

4.  Contact support within 48 hours

Our Response:

● Replacement screen shipped within 48 hours (via air freight if available)

● Return label provided for damaged unit

● No additional cost to you

Important: Do not install a damaged screen. Document everything before using.

Note: For sea freight orders, please allow extra time for inspection and replacement processing.

 

4.Can I track my order?

A:

Yes, tracking is automatic for both shipping methods.

Air Freight Tracking:

● Tracking number provided within 24-48 hours of shipping

● Real-time tracking via carrier website

● SMS updates available (if mobile number provided)

Sea Freight Tracking:

● Tracking number provided via email after departure

● Updates may be less frequent than air freight

● Estimated delivery date provided at time of shipment

How to Track:

1.  Check your email for tracking number

2.  Click the tracking link or enter number on carrier website

3.  Monitor delivery progress
